Production
Our production and bottling capabilities enable us to offer our customers a full spectrum of product selection. Whether high volume – up to 9,000 bottles per hour – or smaller lots of select cuvées of Prädikatswein, we have the capacity to ensure the quality and service our customers have come to expect.
We continually monitor quality during production and have quality management and control systems in place, including International Food Standard (IFA) and Global Standard for Food Safety (GSfFS – Class A).
Our customers can choose from a wide selection of bottle forms and sizes, as well closures – from MCA and BVS (Stelvin®) twist caps to synthetic and natural cork. Depending on volumes, we can also offer application of certain banderoles – tax stamps.
