Rheinhessen Wines

We’ve just upgraded the packaging on our Rheinhessen SS – Sapphire Selections – and complemented the line with a new Riesling from the region.

The new labels feature an embossed family crest and color accents matching the respective bottles, which are now sealed with a Stelvin®/BVS closure.

The Prädikatswein trilogy of Kabinett – Spätlese – Auslese continue to be produced from the distinctive “bouquet” varietals – Bacchus, Schönburger, Faberrebe, Silvaner, Kerner, Huxelrebe, Ortega and Optima – so named as they produce wines with distinctive floral bouquets and attractive spiciness.

The new Riesling is produced in an off-dry style, well suited to the more moderate levels of acidity this varietal produces in this particular region.
