Rheinhessen Wines

Our packaging on our range of Rheinhessen Qualitätswein and Prädikatswein features an embossed family crest and color accents complementing their respective sapphire blue and antique brown bottles, all of which have a Stelvin/BVS closure.

The Prädikatswein trilogy of KabinettSpätleseAuslese are produced from the appropriately named, “bouquet” varietals, indigenous to the region, including Silvaner, Kerner, Faberrebe, Huxelrebe, Baachus, Ortega and Optima. So named, as they produce wines with distinctive floral bouquets and attractive spiciness.

The wines, with rich, ripe flavors and pleasant acidity, are well balanced and quite pleasing.

The Riesling, which is handsomely packaged in an antique brown bottle, is produced in an off-dry (feinherb) style, well suited to the moderate levels of acidity this varietal produces in this particular region.
